Information we process

MyTaxEase processes the account details, business information, and financial documents you choose to upload so it can organize transaction data and create reports.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the service, process payments, provide support, protect accounts, and improve document processing. MyTaxEase does not require your online banking credentials.

Service providers

MyTaxEase may use infrastructure, payment, email, and artificial-intelligence providers to perform the service. These providers receive only the data needed for their role.

Optional website analytics

On the production website, MyTaxEase uses Google Analytics only after you select Accept analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand site visits and interactions so we can improve the website. It may process details such as pages viewed, interaction events, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Google may use cookies or similar browser storage when analytics are enabled. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.

Analytics storage is denied by default, and the Google Analytics tag is not loaded unless you accept. While analytics are declined, MyTaxEase does not send Google Analytics data. If you turn analytics off after accepting, collection is disabled for subsequent interactions. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we can remember it; the choice itself is not sent to Google. You can change it at any time below.
